Frequently Asked Questions

We are open on school days from 10a-2p, during home games in the gym and during Friday Football home games in the Plaza.

During the 10a-2p hours, Mrs. Brown in the main office will assist with purchases.

Cougar Den will be open through the 1st half of the game in the Plaza.

Online orders will be pulled and an email will be sent when the order is ready for pickup in the Main Office with Mrs. Brown.

Items currently out of stock are still available for purchase through the backorder option. These items have a longer lead time and will be available 14 business days after the order is placed.

We do allow exchanges, but only if the item hasn't been washed or worn. Exchange requests should be emailed to cougarden@holycross.com.
